1. The 30-Day Window

We invite you to experience your purchase in your own space. If your Valos blazer doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, you have 30 days from the date of arrival to initiate a return. To ensure we maintain our high standards, we kindly ask that items remain in their original, pristine condition—unworn, with tags attached, and tucked back into their original packaging.

2. The Concierge Return Process

We have simplified the process to save you time and provide clarity:

  • Initiate Your Request: Send a brief note to support@valos.store with your order reference and a quick insight into why the piece didn't work for you.
  • Expert Review: Our team will review your request promptly and provide you with a personalized return authorization and shipping guide.
  • Important Note: To ensure security, please avoid returning items without an authorized request from our team, as we cannot process undocumented packages.

3. Handling the Unexpected

Precision is our hallmark, but we acknowledge that human error can occur.

  • Flaws or Missteps: Should your blazer arrive with a flaw, or if an incorrect item has reached you, please reach out to us immediately. We will prioritize your case to arrange an expedited exchange or a full resolution.
  • The Journey Back: If your package encounters an unexpected delay in transit, notify us so we can investigate with our carriers and provide a swift solution.

The Refund Workflow

Once your return reaches our studio, our team will conduct a quality inspection.

  • Approval: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is accepted.
  • Reimbursement: Refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please be aware that your financial institution may require a few additional days to reflect the transaction on your statement.
